I have worked at the Spears YMCA summer camp program in Greensboro for 4 years. I worked with 7 and 8-year-olds for 2 years and 9 and 10-year-olds for 2 years. Last summer I was a head counselor and was in charge of creating weekly lesson plans for my kids. We played games such as kick ball, tag, capture the flag, etc. I love kids and I think I work really well with them because I am still a kid at heart. The summer I didn't work at the YMCA was 2009. I was a nanny for 2 kids a few times a week and did various other babysitting jobs for friends and family. I am comfortable in new situations and with different kids. I believe that I would be a great nanny because I am still a kid. I love to run around and play hide and seek and make-believe and house. I know I can do this job well and I think I would make a great nanny.
