About Alleigh

As a childcare provider, my passion lies in nurturing and supporting the growth of young minds. With three years of experience, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop their full potential. My patient, calm, and creative personality allows me to connect with children easily, fostering a sense of trust and comfort. For the last three years I have been a support for special needs children, typically on the spectrum, and their family working on goals set by a treatment plan. I can work with children in many different environments, and can bring new ideas or strategies to help foster any child's growth and development. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I provide daily written reports, regular updates during pickup, and additional text or phone call updates as needed, ensuring that parents are always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise.
