About Allegra

Hi families! My name is Allegra, and I'm a Montessori teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development. I've worked as both a nanny and a classroom teacher, caring for children from infancy through early elementary. My approach is gentle, patient, and rooted in respect - I love helping children build independence, explore their creativity, and feel safe and understood. I'm currently working toward earning my Montessori teaching credential, and I bring that philosophy into everything I do: calm routines, hands-on learning, and nurturing each child's unique rhythm. Whether you need weekday support, weekend care, or help with daily routines, I'd love to partner with your family and provide a reliable, caring environment.
