Allegra was our part-time in-home nanny for our daughter from 7 months through just over a year old. She was attentive, flexible, and thoughtful about adapting to our daughter’s changing routines and developmental stages. She supported us through transitions like breastfeeding, starting solids, and moving from three naps to two, while also helping with bottles, pump parts, milk storage, and light housekeeping. She occasionally took our daughter to local story time and created thoughtful sensory activities at home. With her extensive nanny and Waldorf experience, Allegra brought a professional and structured approach to her care, including helpful daily and weekly recaps/check ins. Overall, she was very supportive as we transitioned back to full-time work as first time parents, and we were very appreciative of the guidance and support she offered our family during her time with us!
