About Allana

Registered Behavior Therapist :) Hi, my name is Allana, nice to meet you. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (Certified). I work with children who are autistic and are intellectually challenged. I'd describe myself as energetic, down to earth, playful, bubbly, punctual and attentive. I am creative, sympathetic and patient. I have four siblings, I am the eldest. I've always taken the "mother role" even as a child. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. My first job was babysitting a close neighbor's toddler for six months. From there, I babysat other close neighbor's children, after school hours. I took on a nanny job with a family who had twin toddlers, that was pretty cool! After that, I did a couple of house cleaning jobs to make money during the summer time while in middle school. After high school, I went to college for psychology and started to work with older children. I have currently been a Behavioral therapist for 7 years. I am a PROUD Navy Wife.
