Hi! I am the oldest of 4 ranging ages from 1yr old to 19 yrs old. I've been helping watch kids for as long as I can remember. Whether it was helping my mom with my siblings or helping my aunt out because she is also a nanny. I find immense joy in supporting families by providing reliable childcare. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming environment for children to thrive and learn. I prioritize open communication with parents. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and maintaining consistency. My goal is to create a harmonious and safe environment for the children in my care. I graduated a year early at high school and did full time dual enrollment my senior year. I'm currently taking a semester off of college to save more money for me to be able to go. I'm a hard worker and very dedicated and understanding. Have gotten 2 (PT) jobs from Care.com. Still work with one family currently and the other family had to move away :(

Aliya was absolutely wonderful!!! I wish we could keep her, my son loves her and the care and attention she shows him I couldn't have asked for more. My husband and I have had a few schedule changes and she was flexible and understanding each time! Not to mention my son had a few changes in his diet and in his schedule she was able to adapt and very attentive, at the end of the day she would give me a rundown of his day, as a mom it made me feel so comfortable to leave my child in her care! At the end of the day she would already have him taking his nap so it gave me time to decompress after work! Aliya is so awesome any family would be blessed to have her!
