About Aliya

Hi! I am the oldest of 4 ranging ages from 1yr old to 13 yrs old. I've been helping watch kids for as long as I can remember. Whether it was helping my mom with my siblings or helping my aunt out because she is also a nanny. I find immense joy in supporting families by providing reliable childcare. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming environment for children to thrive and learn. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and maintaining consistency. My goal is to create a harmonious and safe environment for the children in my care. I graduated a year early at high school and did full time dual enrollment my senior year. I'm currently taking a semester off of college to save more money for me to be able to go. I'm a hard worker and very dedicated and understanding.
