She works with you if you are running late for any reason to pick the kids up. The kids love going over and staying with her. She provides them with snack and food if needed . Overall love her as Nanny and the only one my kids are comfortable with. She also dog sits for me and does such a great job with my big pup he loves her back yard and the freedom he has back there.
