About Alissa

Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. My 13 years of public school teaching experience, and 14 years of raising my own children, have solidified my commitment to fostering a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I am comfortable caring for up to two children across age groups from infants to school-age children. Holding a graduate degree in teaching, I incorporate educational games and activities into our day, alongside fun outdoor play and engaging board games. I am patient, creative, and always approachable. I prioritize open communication with you, following your preferred method to keep you informed about your child's day. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and I am also First Aid and CPR Trained. Ultimately, I aim to be more than just a caregiver; I want to be a positive influence in your children's lives and a reliable partner for your family.
