Hi there! I'll be attending graduate school for Marriage and Family Therapy in the summer, and in the meantime, I'd love to help care for your children. I have 10+ years of experience working with kids, including work at: *Day care centers *After-school programs *Summer camp *Non-profit for youth in the juvenile justice system *Research center working with youth and families *University of Washington Autism Center I admire kids' endless sense of creativity and energy, and I aim to enhance that as a babysitter and/or nanny. I meet children where they're at, tuning into their wants and needs, while also balancing structure and boundaries. Connection is important to me, and as a babysitter/nanny, I'm committed to establishing a genuine connection with your children - built on mutual trust and respect.
