About Alison

Hi! My name is Ali, and I am relocating to the Berlin, CT area. I have several years of experience working with children of different ages, including roles as a camp counselor and volunteer in an afterschool program supporting children with autism. These experiences helped me develop patience, structure, and the ability to create a safe, supportive environment. I also have hands-on experience caring for my 7-month-old niece, which has given me confidence with infant routines, feeding, and soothing. In addition, I have babysat for families in my previous area and am comfortable helping with homework, activities, and maintaining consistent routines. I am responsible, organized, and calm under pressure. My goal is always to make children feel safe, engaged, and supported while giving parents peace of mind. I look forward to connecting with families in Central CT!
