About Alison

I am a licensed Occupational Therapist returning to nannying / babysitting after 5 years as an OT working with both kiddos and adults. I am taking a hiatus from full time practice to find a part time family to care for while I work on my own business. I have always loved working with kids, first as a sitter for 10+ years, and then as an OT with pediatric experience for 2 years. I have worked with kids from 2 months to 14 years old with experience in early child development, progressing developmental milestones, emotional regulation, sensory processing, ADHD management, and more. I love to incorporate developmentally appropriate play when I babysit, and my favorite activities with kiddos include reading, playing and exploring outside, and using my languages if it's a fit for the family. I treat childcare as more than just a job, and you will find that I am a responsible, patient, and nurturing nanny who wants the best for your children. I look forward to hearing from you!
