Ali has been with our family since our son was 2 and a half months old (in the midst of the pandemic). As a new mom, I was concerned about having someone else take care of our son, but really looking forward to learning a few things from an experienced nanny... Ali did not disappoint. Our son took to her instantly and with ease. Being more on the anxious side, I was thankful that Ali always listened to my concerns and provided advice when asked. She was easy to communicate with when it came to suggestions on how we wanted our son to be cared for, sticking with his schedule/routine, and allowing him to be more independent as he grew. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking for a caregiver whose experience and flexibility are top notch. We are very grateful for her care for our son and family, and know the next family she cares for with be grateful too!
