I had lost my position in a non-essential company during the Covid-19 outbreak. I wanted to stay employed and my sister, a LPN encouraged me to apply at her assisted living community. I did and was hired on the spot and I love it. I am responsible for improving the lives of others. What an honor!!. I have made some really deep connections with the people I care for, and look forward to seeing them everyday. I even won Employee of the Month, after just three months on the job. I love my job and wish to enter the Hospice Care field.
