About Alisha

Hi! My name is Alisha. I have 8 years experience as a K-5 teacher in Public Schools. I have a Bachelor's degree in education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Tampa. I love to integrate learning into every-day life experiences for kiddos. During the pandemic, I have supported children ages 4-9 with homeschooling. I taught a learning pod where students could be enriched through explorative learning. I make learning exciting, engaging, and relevant to children. I always get to know the child, and once I do, I can relate subject matter to their interests. I address different learning styles and allow students to engage in hands-on learning.
