From the moment I left, she kept me completely at ease, checking in consistently every visit and sending videos that showed her really engaging with him, including dancing and playing music together. It was clear she wasn't just fulfilling a checklist; she genuinely enjoyed spending time with him. She also went above and beyond by picking up his favorite Chipotle for him, a small touch that showed real attentiveness to his preferences and personality. I trusted her enough to leave her with my gate fob and house key, and that trust was well placed. She was reliable, respectful of my home, and easy to communicate with throughout.
