Hi! I am a mom of 3 wonderful kids and I've worked with kids for over 13 years now. I started my childcare career journey nannying when I was about 18 then went to center teaching. I am currently getting off maternity leave after being a nanny to a great family for 3 years. I previously worked in a center as a lead teacher for almost 9 years when Covid hit I decided to nanny again. During my time as a lead teach I obtained my CDA with an emphasis in infant and toddler care and development. I also ran a children's program for 2 years for children ages 0-12. I love working with kids since kids continue to see the magic in life. They are their authentic self and I feel like we all need a little more of that. Nannying is such a personal profession and it requires us to work as a team. I feel open communication and honesty is a must. I strive to maintain an open flow of communication with the families I work with, even if that means having those hard conversations

Alisha was one of our daycare providers. Our child loved her and looked forward to seeing her everyday. Alisha has so much energy and was so much fun with the kids. She was also very communicative and worked closely with us on things like potty training.
