Hi, I'm Alisha! I graduated in 2021 with a degree in graphic design and am currently working part-time in the mornings. It is a fun creative outlet, but I've found myself really missing spending time taking care of children. As the third oldest of 11 children, I am very comfortable with all responsibilities related to tending children: cooking, cleaning, playing, etc. I love kids and enjoy their young and creative natures. I have had several babysitters come through my house, when our last one of 2 years got a full time job, I found Alisha. She had very big shoes to fill since we loved our previous sitter. I knew we would only have Alisha for 4 months so I was hesitant at first about hiring her because it can take some time to build a relationship. I have never seen a babysitter hit the ground running like Alisha did for us. I have 4 kids and she did it ALL. Driving then around, running errands, meal prep/clean up plus loads of imaginary play and games with my kids. Once in a while I was home while she was helping me and she always knew what to do before I even had a chance to ask - take the baby from me, take the kids outside, start lunch etc. Alisha has a lot of poise for someone her age. The maturity and responsibility of an adult, the playful spirit of a child. I saw her competently handle stressful situations with my kids. I feel proud to know Alisha, we sure miss her now that she has moved away!
