About Alisa

Hi there, my name is Alisa and I'm an energetic and creative 35-year-old! I started out in Design school, but fell into childcare about 8 years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers and older, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a part-time position, and my rates start at $25/hour for one child. I have worked for 3 families, one for two years, and the others for 18 months each. I have my own car, and have also tutored children in summer programs and after school. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may have. In my personal time I love to bake, ride horses, and fish whenever I get the chance. I love to read and travel!
