Seniors are people I value spending quality time with - engaging with them in conversations, encouraging their walks down memory lane, and serving them with gentleness and kindness. I have provided support to my friends by befriending their aged parents: driving them to appointments, preparing meals, spending time as a companion, helping with light housekeeping.
