Alina seemed very friendly and interested in the job originally and immediately asked for a phone interview. During said interview, my first question was if she were comfortable with security cameras to which she said yes. We scheduled an in person interview for a later date to which she no called no showed. A half hour after that interview was meant to happen she texted with excuses saying she "waited for me to call" and wanted to give a heads up that she's not comfortable with cameras. Not sure what happened here but I would have preferred up front honesty saying she's no longer interested.
