Hi! I'm Alina, a recent Loyola University Chicago graduate with a degree in Education and a certified teacher, with 7+ years of experience caring for children from newborns through high school age. I'm based in the city and genuinely love working with kids!

I'm CPR & First Aid certified, reliable, energetic, and love keeping kids engaged and active. I have experience as a youth sports coach and enjoy staying active through sports, outdoor activities, and adventures. I also love incorporating games, reading, arts & crafts, puzzles, and age-appropriate learning into our time together.

I'm happy to help with meals, transportation, children's laundry, and light housekeeping. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and positive environment where kids can feel comfortable, learn, and thrive!

Alina was amazing with my 7-month-old and 2-year-old. She kept my toddler engaged with fun activities and playtime while also paying close attention to my baby. My toddler adored her and instantly formed a bond with her. She fed them, handled diaper changes, and stuck to their routines with ease. It was clear she genuinely cared about my kids. I’d highly recommend her to any family!

I’ve known Alina for about a year, and since it’s just me and my little sister, I needed someone I could trust to help while I’m busy with work. I was never big on the idea of a nanny, but I interviewed over five people and Alina stood out right away.

Alina was very professional, warm and friendly.   She has many talents and interests to connect and engage with kids of different personalities and interests.   

I cannot express enough about what a wonderful experience I’ve had with Alina taking care of our son! He has sensory issues and becomes overwhelmed easily so he needs the right response to help him transition out of an overload. Alina had been a godsend with aiding him in calming techniques that after two years, he is now implementing to calm himself down! It’s made his transition to kindergarten smoother than I could have anticipated and it’s thanks to Alina’s approach that he has been so successful. She can even spot a sensory overload or an overwhelming environment ahead of time and uses the perfect techniques to accommodate my son and has even defused what can be an otherwise defeating situation. Anyone would be blessed to have her work with their children and family! I wish I was having more children just to keep her close!

I can’t recommend Alina enough! She watched my two boys for a year, and during that time she went above and beyond in caring for them. She was always dependable, patient, and incredibly attentive to their needs. My kids absolutely loved spending time with her—she kept them engaged with fun activities, helped with routines, and made sure they always felt safe and cared for. As a parent, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such great hands. Alina truly became like part of our family, and we’re so grateful for the positive impact she had on our lives.


Alina was an amazing babysitter recommended to me by a close friend for my 2 kids. As a single mother, it was very difficult for me to watch after my sons who are only in the 2nd and 3rd grade. Alina was very responsible giving me updates periodically throughout the day to put my mind at ease when I had to be gone for business trips. She always arrived on time or even earlier and left the house in better condition than when she first entered it. She is extremely professional, taking into account my kids’ allergies and dietary restrictions and implementing meal prep as something we now routinely do in our household. She is efficient and skilled. I highly recommend her to anyone out there looking for a reliable babysitter. 

Alina’s genuine character and welcoming personality allowed my daughters to warm up to her very quickly. Our family’s usual caregiver had to cancel last minute, and while I was nervous about bringing in someone I don’t know as closely, I found Alina to be extremely responsible. She made sure she was aware of all my daughters’ allergies and any house rules ahead of time, including our usual dinner and nightly routines and the girls’ bedtimes. After she left, my daughters talked about her like they made a new friend, I was so happy to hear they enjoyed their time with Alina. If you are looking for a caregiver who is reliable and dependent, I strongly recommend Alina.

I am happy to report back to the community and leave my honest review on Alina. 
I was very skeptical and reserved of the idea of having someone watch my kid at first but thankfully I have nothing but good and positive feedback about Alina which eased all my feelings. 
She was a wonderful help with my two children, and dog.  Both of my children enjoyed her company, and she did an above and beyond job of keeping the kids entertained, whether that was an activity in the house or out. Also helps tremendously that she is pursuing an education in teaching and was able to help both of them with their school work. Alina is very handy and resourceful, being able to cook and tidy up was a huge help, being as though I am a single parent. My medium size dog didn’t bother her, which was a relief and she had no problem walking him. I will be using Alina’s services going forward and greatly appreciate her work for my family. 

We absolutely love Alina! She is caring, responsible, and truly amazing with kids. She makes sure they are safe, happy, and entertained, and she always goes the extra mile to help out. My children adore her and feel so comfortable around her, which says so much about the trust she builds.
She is dependable, always on time, and communicates clearly, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. She has a natural ability to connect with kids of different ages and keeps them engaged with fun activities, patience, and kindness. Any family would be lucky to have her. She has been such a blessing to ours, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I don’t even know where to begin! because words alone feel too small to capture just how phenomenal Alina was with my child. From the moment she walked in, it was as if a calm, magical presence had entered our home. My little one, who usually clings to me like velcro, was immediately at ease, smiling and chatting as if they had known each other for years.

Throughout the evening, Alina was nothing short of extraordinary. She didn’t just watch my child, she engaged. She told stories with such animation that my kid was on the edge of their seat, created games that blended fun with learning, and somehow even managed to get my kid to clean up (a miracle I never thought possible). When I came home, instead of chaos, I walked into a house full of laughter, my baby peacefully tucked into bed, and a sense of trust so deep that I knew I’d found a rare gem. Honestly, I’m considering hiring Alina not just for babysitting, but for life coaching, conflict resolution, and possibly international diplomacy. If she can get my kid to eat vegetables, she can probably broker world peace.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Alina is not just a babysitter, she’s a lifesaver, a role model, and, honestly, a bit of a superhero.🙌🏼❤️✨
