Ania has been excellent at caring for our 9mo old (starting at around 4mo old) and has over 25yrs of experience, specializing in infant -> toddler development (preparing many children for entry into preschool or toddler daycare). She is truly passionate about children - and you can see it in the way she interacts, and is knowledgeable about how to develop infants (language, physical, cognitive, etc.). As first-time parents, we have learned a lot from her. Additionally, we never hesitated to leave our child in her care and felt she was extremely safe at all times, while my husband & I both left the house for work. She is also punctual, communicates well and thoroughly documents the daily activities. While we asked her to focus primarily on taking care of our child, she also helped out with household chores related to the baby, and occasionally (even though we never expected it), with our own too, which we greatly appreciated. We expected this to be a long-term contract, but unfortunately, our family's needs have changed. The next family will be lucky to have her!
