About Alicia

I have worked with children off and on for the last eight years. I spent my first three years after graduating college caring for a family with four children full time. After that, I spent an additional year caring for a family with two children. I still spent my summers helping with the family of four. I also worked for two years as a TSS (therapeutic support staff) worker aiding an autistic client in school and in his home. I enjoy working with children of all ages. Each one is unique and interesting. I take pride in helping to develop their young minds. Some of my skills and qualities would include; thoughtfulness, patience, kindness, organization, encouraging, engaging, and dash of fun!
