Hi, I'm Aliciana most people call me Ally. I don't mind either. I've worked a lot of jobs in a short amount of time for 6 months I was working with children with autism as a BA I helped redirect bad behavior but also implemented good behavior. Before that job I was babysitting for 2 years for my neighbor. She was a radiologist at a hospital, so she had crazy hours. I would do over nights with the kids and I always had so much fun with them. I'm a outgoing person and enjoy hanging out with kids they make me happy.
