We had several nannies for our two kids, ages eight and four, and none of them were quite right, lacking experience either with certain ages or certain genders (we have a boy and a girl). Then we found Alicia... Alicia was the absolute best! She is kind, patient, fun and just so, so great with kids. A parent of two herself, she always found fun things to do with them on rainy days, took them outside on sunny days, and brought specific toys for them that she knew they would like. She's creative, responsible, a great communicator, and just such an amazing Nanny. I can't recommend her enough. My only regret is that we didn't find her sooner. Happy to provide a personal reference or recommendation for her if you want to chat with me directly. 5 stars!!!
