Alicia has been our nanny for the last two years for my now two-year-old and a one-year-old. She is the most reliable and dependable person I have ever hired maybe missing one day in the two years if that always right on time. We do not have family local Alicia helped our family anytime we asked and needed help with the kids. She is caring and has firm boundaries and is always vigilant about what is going on with the kids to keep them safe. I am a psychotherapist and therefore very picky with who is around my kids and how they interact with them. I only trust Alicia with my children- she treats them like her own. Beyond lucky to have her help.
