Alicia (aka "Ms. AJ") has worked for me for eight months of a one-year placement as a part-time nanny to my two preschoolers. As a nanny, she takes her work seriously; from planning activities ahead of time to helping them learn how to self-regulate, she brings intentional and professionalism into each day of work with these little ones. As an employee, she appreciates direct communication, takes feedback well, and has demonstrated flexibility when working with the changing needs of a family. I have really appreciated her perspective and input about my children's development and how we have coordinated to create consistency in their lives.
