I have been caring for younger children since I was 13 years old. I babysat for most of the neighborhood kids as well as my extended family's kids and my sisters. I have a lot of knowledge and real life experience in caring for children with behavioral issues, and I am currently studying Child Psychology. I believe in a compassionate and understanding approach when teaching children, and thankfully my years of growing up around kids has taught me a lot of patience. While I have not done much business on Care. com yet, I do have reliable references that I have previously cared for and would be happy to supply those for you. Overall, I love spending time with kids of all ages and can't wait to meet your little kiddo!

Alicia is an amazing nanny, she has been with our son since he was 4 months and we trust her completely. When she walks through the door he immediately starts smiling! She treats him as if he was her own son, and the care she gives him is top tier. Alicia is very accommodating to our needs as well, she tracks all of his naps and feedings in the same app that we use to keep things seamless, she has switched her working days when our work schedules have changed and she has even come on some of her off days when something comes up in our schedule. I have absolutely nothing but positive, glowing things to say about Alicia! Having to find someone that you barely know to care for your child can be a scary thing, but rest assured that with Alicia your child will be in wonderful hands!
