I grew up around kids. I have 5 brothers and sisters, three brothers and two sisters. They are all different ages. I am the middle child, so my mom would always have me babysit my younger siblings. I have experience with infants, babies, toddlers, kids, preteens, and teenagers. I know how to handle them in many different situations. Learning from my mom, she has taught me how to care for children. I also learn that it's not always laughs and smiles, there's hard work in dealing with kids such as changing diapers, knowing when they need a bottle, how to calm them down, and just being very responsible. I enjoy children's priceless company and grown to love their little personalities.

Alicia was a night nanny for my 3 month old daughter for several months. She was highly professional and had great attention to detail. When I inevitably need overnight care again, Alicia will be the first person I call.

Alicia has been watching my boy/girl twins five nights a week and getting them ready in the mornings since they were six months old (to date they are 8 months). The kids and I love having Alicia here! She not only cares for the babies, who by the way are sleeping very well and Alicia deserves that credit, but she also does the daily bottle prep and folds the babies laundry. 

I realize at some point Alicia will need to move on from our home and help another family, and that family will be very lucky. Anyone considering hiring Alicia should know she will be kind, compassionate, loving, and have fun with your child/children. It is very obvious she genuinely loves children and she is very good with them.

My wife and I had twins that were having issues sleeping through the night. Alicia helped us survive that time, and once they grew out of that stage helped cover full days on the weekend. She did a fantastic job with both of our boys, and we would hire her again in an instant. Even when we got slammed with snow, Alicia still made sure she was there to help our boys. She kept good track of their feedings, ensured they got plenty of tummy time, and made sure the boys got their naps during the day.

We hired Alicia to watch our kids at the weekends. She is patient, good with the kids, and keep us updated of how things are going while we are running errands or eventually date nights. Our family plans to keep her around for as long as she is available. Definitely recommend her to any family with little kids.

Alicia is very helpful and is a great communicator.  She is great with my 6 year old and we are very happy with her.
