I specialize in helping families give their loved ones with Dementia a better quality of life. I worked for two years in the memory way unit of a long term care facility as an activity assistant and enjoyed making a difference each day. Now I am a Memory Care Director managing social services and activity programming making an impact on the lives of individuals with dementia and their families that love them. I want to do the same for your loved one providing brain stimulating activities with kindness and patience or just be there as a caring companion and helper. My grandmother had dementia. I will treat your loved one with the same love and respect I would want for her. Activities are customized to the individual's preferences and ability. Some examples of activities are singing, arts, crafts, cooking, reading, chair exercises, card games, puzzles or nice conversations.
