Hello there! My name is Alicia and I describe myself as a patient and creative 21-year-old! I am currently a student at USF, and began childcare four years ago. My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full-time position, or a combination of two or so families that add up to the hours I'm looking for, and my rates start at $25/hour for one child. I have worked for 4 families, one for 3 years and the others for 8-12 months each. I'm CPR certified, First Aid certified, and have my own car. My care varies on the preferences of the family, and your child will have a safe, routine-focused, and creative enviornment! I aim to be an extension of what parents and guardians want for their children. I love making crafts, doing learning-integrated play, baking, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. In my personal time, I am often crocheting and drawing. We have been incredibly fortunate to have Alicia as the nanny for our 3 (now 4 year-old) daughter.
