About Alicia

Hi! I'm Alicia and I would describe myself as outgoing, honest, and caring. I love to watch and help kids learn and grow. I love to adventure with kids, go on walks, complete crafts, and all the other fun things kids love to do! I'm looking for a job that is full of fun, relaxing and educational. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I was a babysitter for a few years in high school, a nanny after school for a family in college. Recently, I have worked as a behavior therapist with autistic children ages 2-8 for about 4 years. I'm currently enrolled to get my masters degree in applied behavior analysis. In my spare time, I like to play with my dog, rollerblade, bike ride, go for walks, sit by the pool, and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I love working with kids and I have a lot of experience with kids of all ages and spectrums! :) My skills include communication, problem solving, and compassion.
