Alice was extremely professional and very patient and flexible. I hired Alice for medical transportation but I had to select a category so I selected senior care. I thought I would be a little more "ambulatory" after my procedure but I was not. However, there is no doubt in my mind that Alice would have been able to assist me as needed. My appointment was rescheduled about a week before which to me is last minute and Alice said no problem. Definitely would hire again
