We interviewed Alice to help care for my mom, but unfortunately my mom passed away before Alice was able to begin working with her. During the interview process, Alice stood out as the perfect match because of her skills, experience, and wonderful disposition. She was kind, knowledgeable, funny, and very down-to-earth. What impressed us most was her genuine compassion. Even though she had no obligation to do so, she followed up while my mom was in the hospital to see how she could help, and she reached out again after my mom passed away to offer her condolences and support. That level of care speaks volumes about her character. Since then, Alice has made several visits to assist my dad with routine nail care. She handled everything with patience, compassion, and professionalism, never making him feel self-conscious or uncomfortable.
