Hi! I'm Alice, I am 29, and I moved to California from the UK when I was 14. I have been a nanny for 11 wonderful years! I have experience caring for ages 4 months - 11 yrs+ using the Montessori Method and Gentle Parenting style. I am happy to help implement sleep schedules, bottle feeding, care when teething, medication administration, potty training, food prep, driving to activites, Baby Led Weaning, and providing a safe to express emotions (big & small)! I plan lots of age approriate activities for us treasure hunt in the yard, baking, crafts, painting, library trips, zoo, aquarium, nature walk, music class, etc! - CPR & First Aid certified for infants and children - Driving Record Clean & Safe Vehicle - Can provide resume, references, and copy of up to date (2024) background check. I am currently looking for a Full Time position, open to discussing hourly rate dependent on position duties and schedules. I always am open to one-time positions as well, including overnights.

Alice took wonderful care of my 7 month old baby. She knew I was very nervous about leaving him as a first time mom, and she went above and beyond in providing updates throughout the day when she worked with him. He always seemed so happy with her. She would take him on walks and trips to the library and read plenty of books together. She takes plenty of initiative. When baby had a blowout she not only changed his diaper and cleaned him but also gave him a little bath and cleaned his clothes to make sure everything was extra tidy. When he started solids, she was thoughtful to poach pears or prepare avocado for him to eat. She made sure his bottles were clean and that our sterilizer was run before leaving each day. She was flexible - when our baby needed contact naps she was happy to cuddle him to sleep, and when he was ready to take his naps in the crib she was patient in helping him to sleep there too. Overall, she is a natural at being a nanny, and we look forward to having her work with us again.
