I have an MPH and experience in clinical research and patient and family navigation, along with years of helping family members and others through aging, chronic illness, hospitalization, surgery and recovery. I can help with companionship, meals, errands, transportation, personal care, medication reminders, medical appointments, post-surgical support, and everyday routines. I'm comfortable in medical settings, highly organized, and good at keeping track of details and follow-up. I'm warm, reliable, curious, and a clear communicator. I pay attention when something seems different and understand how reassuring that can be for family members who can't always be there. Most importantly, I enjoy getting to know people-their stories, interests, preferences, routines, and sense of humor-while helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
