About Aliandra

I hired Aliandra on the spot after meeting her. Her personality and work ethics are amazing. It was only suppose to be 3 time a week for 2 hours. However, we felt so comfortable with her it because 7 days a week for 4-5 hours daily. It was so easy to work with her. I could call her anytime, day or night. Last minute, make scheduling adjustment daily with her. Even if its half an hour before her work, I can adjust the time to later or even cancel. My son was unwell and at 6 weeks she came like an blessings. He was constantly crying and fussy due to a milk protien allergy and I barely slept. She was like a second mother who took over and gave me time to be human through it all. Her demeanor is so calm, when i was worried and a emotional during his pain. She was calm for the both of us. She is trust worthy, I leave her in my house and take a naps to prepare for the night. She always shows up on time. Is never late and if she is running 5 mins behind, she calls. I wanted to leave this review so that she can get the recognition she deserves.
