About Aliana

Hello! My name is Aliana and I'm a rising junior at the university at Buffalo! Currently I am a teachers assistant at a daycare and I have been for about 2 years I do this at home and when im away at school! I've always enjoyed working with children. My priorities are making sure kids are safe and parents feel comfortable having their children in my care! I am CPR certified, I've had experience working with children for 4+ years, im most comfortable working with toddlers through school age but I have experience with all ages! I'd describe my personality as reliable, outgoing, organized I like working with kids because it's a rewarding job, I enjoy watching how becoming a positive influence on children can influence their development and how they see the world! I'm looking for a job that is flexible and preferably weekends since I work Mon-Friday full time One thing you should know about me is that I prioritize safety , communication and comfortably above anything else
