About Alia

Hi! My name is Alia and I am 22 years old. I just graduated from The University of Utah with B. S. in Psychology and Family, Community, & Human Development. During the school year, I have worked at a child care center called UKids that provides high quality, affordable child care for student families at the University of Utah. I also have experience teaching elementary school children from diverse backgrounds in an after school setting. Right now, I am interning at a social and emotional learning preschool. Not only do I love playing and having fun with kids, but I also take great joy in encouraging them to be their best. Aside from my schoolwork and job, I enjoy going on runs, going to the beach, hanging out with friends, singing, and having philosophical discussions with all kinds of people.
