About Alia

Hi! My name is Alia! Until recently I worked for an awesome non-profit organization which provided free childcare for children at risk of abuse. Now I am looking for an amazing family like yours to let me be a part of their lives. Childcare has been a personal focus since I was quite young. Having no children of my own, it is a very special thing for me to have other peoples' children in my life. I believe very strongly in positive reinforcement and encouraging learning through exploration of our world. I have a diverse background. I'm multi-lingual and have visited over 60 countries. When I was younger I was a mountaineer, and later a forester. Getting children outdoors is so important. While working with children I have cared for babies as small as three months, children as old as 11, and every age in between. I have experience with children on the autism spectrum. I am comfortable caring for up to 3 children at a time. I would be so blessed to know your family.
