About Aleyce

I like working with kids because they are never the same. Every child has their own traits that make them a person and everyday with them will never be the same. I started babysitting when I was in high school. I worked at the YMCA in the child dev. center my junior year of college and worked at another child care center for my internship my senior year. I just graduated with a bachelors of science in human development and family science and I am currently in grad school online for early childhood! I also have completed multiple OCCRRA trainings. I enjoying reading books, exercising at the gym or going on walks. I find that playing Just Dance on the Wii is fun and healthy too! One thing families should know about me is that I love to do what the kids want. I like a constructivist plan and take into consideration what the kids think. My skills include implementing age appropriate activities that meet felt-needs and allow kids to be creative & explore without interruption to grow.
