About Alex

I am passionate about building strong relationships with children and families while fostering accessible, welcoming spaces where every child feels valued. I have over three years of childcare experience, including spending two summers as a sleepaway camp counselor, where I cared for children ages 9-14 around the clock for two months at a time. In that role, I also worked one-on-one with campers with physical and developmental disabilities, creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child could thrive. I provide patient, calm, and creative care for up to four children and enjoy keeping kids engaged and having fun! I am CPR and First Aid certified, a strong swimmer who is happy to supervise swimming, and I have a reliable car with a clean driving record, making me available for school/camp drop-offs, pick-ups, activities, and errands.
