About Alexus

Hi there and welcome to my profile! A little about my qualifications - I started my career back in 2012 working with children aged 6 weeks old to 5 years old. I have experience in both a classroom setting of up to 12 kids and personal one-on-one care. What I love most about being a personal childcare provider is having the ability to create a tailored curriculum to your little one(s) interests/needs with Montessori and Waldrof based teaching! I trained under my mentor, a master preschool teacher at Challenger private schools, who taught me the balance of teaching and raising children to their fullest abilities. I have hands on knowledge of early childhood development and provide a safe, fun, loving, patient and creative space to ensure an ideal learning environment for the growth of each child. My mission is to help raise up the next generation to be mentally/physically strong, independent, and compassionate leaders in our society!
