About Alexsis

Nurturing children's growth and supporting busy families are two of my greatest passions. With six years of experience caring for infants through pre-teens, I bring a patient, nurturing, and creative approach to every home. My background includes Early Child Development as a preschool teacher and experience in ABA, where I supported children's social, emotional, communication, and independence skills. I love working with children because of their unique way of thinking and expressing themselves. I enjoy encouraging their creativity, curiosity, and confidence while helping them learn and grow. I value clear communication, consistency, trust, and respect. I'm looking for a family where I can build a long-term relationship and become a dependable part of their routine. I lead with compassion and believe everyone deserves patience, kindness, and understanding. Outside of childcare, I enjoy reading, photography, snorkeling, the beach, my dog, and spending time with family and friends.
