Lexi has worked for our family for the past 2 years caring for our toddler-aged son. Throughout this time she has consistently been on time for work and demonstrated superior professionalism. My son absolutely adores her because she always finds ways to engage with him that are meaningful to him. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I am always delighted to see what our child has learned from her. She communicates with us effectively. I am especially grateful that Lexi has managed some complex health needs including food allergies and cardiac conditions. She was diligent in checking that foods were in compliance with his medical plans, administered medication appropriately, and communicated effectively.
