I'd describe my personality as friendly, caring, and dependable. I like caring for seniors because they are one of a kind individuals. They have lived full lives and I love hearing their life stories. I enjoy caring for them because they are very appreciative of receiving help for things they can not do themselves anymore. I have discovered that helping a senior is one of the most rewarding acts. I'm looking for a job that offers part time hours. I started caring for seniors 2 years ago at a retirement home and am currently a physical therapist aid helping people of all ages with rehabilitation. In my spare time, I like to spend time outdoors and enjoy spending time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I love people and I love helping them in any way I can! I would love to help your loved one in need! I will enjoy being a companion to your loved one while also helping them with daily activities/dressing/bathing/cleaning/ etc.

How to describe Alexis…. She is an absolute expert, an empathetic soul and your elder loved one’s best friend! As a person, Alexis is driven by integrity, honesty, responsibility, compassion, connection and a heart for the needs of others. As a caregiver she provides trust, nurturing, understanding, relationship, authentic care, tenderness and of course fun! She is grounded, reliable, supportive, patient and truly intuitive with all people. She is wise beyond her years, it shows in the ways she anticipates needs and acts with confidence. Alexis invests her whole self into her caregiving role. The first hand experience Alexis has caring for her father while he battled terminal Prostate Cancer and her grandparents during falls, sicknesses, and times of needed to regain strength and independence is invaluable and created a feeling for loved ones to feel safe, assured, and free of anxiety having loved ones in Alexis’s care. Time and again, l've watched Alexis do more than I would do as a caregiver, she goes extra! She has the unique ability to be there for the people she serves in her care in such an attentive personalized way. Bottom line, l've never met a woman like Alexis, she is EXCEPTIONAL. To have access to Alexis as a caregiver is a gift, she is treasure, she is gold.
