I'd describe my personality as positive, kind, and open-minded. I like working with kids because they are so honest. Kids can be much wiser than we give them credit for, and I often learn a lot when working with children. I'm looking for a job where I can create a lasting relationship with the kids I take care of, and make being babysat something they look forward to. I started working with kids in middle school, babysitting and being a teacher aide for elementary students. By the time I graduated, I'd been a teacher aide for 7 classes, and loved every day!
