Most of my expertise has been working with children that have various behavioral challenges and mental health needs through a counseling center. I am known for my patience, calmness, and friendly nature, which helps me build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone call, depending on their preference. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style.
