About Alexis

Hi there, my name is Alexis and I'm an energetic and creative 21-year-old! I work part time as a barista and I'm a part time nursing student! I'm looking for babysitting gigs but I'm also willing to make an arrangement that fits both our schedules! My rates range from $16/17/hr. I have my own car, and as a nursing student with a focus in pediatrics, I have taken many online courses in child development. My main focus is to give all children a safe space, to grow, learn, and play in. I love doing seasonal crafts, reading sessions, pretend play, and also encouraging independent time. I started working with kids when I turned 15, which mostly included me babysitting neighborhood kids. But you can say I've been working with kids my whole life seeing as I'm the oldest with two young siblings (both under 10) and 6 cousins (all under the age of 15)!! I come from a huge family that loves kids and values family and hard work!! This is why I've been babysitting since my early teen years.
