Alexis watched our son for a few prime years before preschool. She helped us potty train him, read him books before nap, and kept him on a routine. She also would find new games to play with him regularly, and he continues to ask for her even now that he's in preschool. We still try to hire her when we can just so he can hang out with her. She is kind, energetic, organized, and great with kids of all ages. We would highly recommend her to any family.
